1.0 Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn Bhd

Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn Bhd (TOS) is an established integrated service provider and our vision is to be the leader in servicing the oil and gas industry. With years of experience in the oil & gas industry, TOS offers services in the provision of customized engineered equipment, project managements, maintenance and parts, marine services, and other support services. Under licensing arrangements with Petronas, TOS is the exclusive agent in Malaysia for various world-renowned OEMs for gas and steam turbines, compressors, centrifugal pumps, control systems, switchgears, instrumentations and control valves that are widely used both in the upstream and downstream activities of the industry.

TOS full package of supplies and services entails the initial engineering design layout, project management & planning, implementation, installation and commissioning and thereafter, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and reliable after-sales service.

1.1 Tanjung PetroConsult Sdn Bhd

Tanjung Petroconsult Sdn Bhd (TPC) was incorporated in 22 April 2003. The present name was changed from IWB Consultant (M) Sdn. Bhd. to reflect the interest of Tanjung Group of companies. Tanjung Petroconsult Sdn Bhd owes its inception to the ever increasing and comprehensive range of manpower needs of the Tanjung Group of companies. In addition, TPC intends to support the industry players by providing qualified personnel to achieve the high performance standard required by the industry.

It is our objective to stay competitive in fulfilling clients’ requirements and to be a major player in the expanding oil and gas industry in Malaysia.

1.2 Tanjung Maintenance Services Sdn Bhd

Tanjung Maintenance Services Sdn. Bhd (TMSSB) is a subsidiary of Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn. Bhd (TOSSB).

Tanjung Maintenance Services Sdn. Bhd (TMSSB) is established to provide quality maintenance, repair, fabrication and engineering services to the power, petrochemical, general, oil and gas industry.

TMSSB’ main office and service center are strategically located within the MIEL Teluk Kalong Industrial Area, in between of Gebeng, Kerteh and Paka, the petroleum and petrochemical hub of peninsular Malaysia.

1.3 Tanjung NewEnergy Services Sdn Bhd

Tanjung NewEnergy Services Sdn Bhd established to provide a wide range of energy related products and services; providing efficient solution, cost effective, environmentally friendly energy services and management of energy resources.

Mission

Tanjung NewEnergy Services Sdn Bhd aims to be a leader in providing efficient solution, cost effective, yet environmentally friendly energy services and power systems for on-site generation through better use and management of energy resources.

1.4 Forsayth Offshore Private Limited

FOP was incorporated in the Federal Territory of Labuan on 3 rd June 2003 under the Offshore Companies Act 1990 as a private limited company. FOP is principally involved in the ownership of vessels. FOP currently owns a fifty percent (50%) equity stake in MV Tanjung Jara, an anchor handling tug and supply vessel. It commenced operations in 2003.

2.0 Tanjung Kapal Services Sdn Bhd

TKS is a Ship Owning and Ship Management Company whose primary role is to operate and manage Tanjung’s fleet of vessels.
Its current activities are :

• Ship Manager for MV Tanjung Huma (AHTS) and MV Tanjung Manis (UV)

• Owner of four units 60m SSV - TBR MV Tanjung Pinang 1, 2, 3 and 4, currently under construction.

• Port Agent at Kemaman Supply Base (KSB) for MV Tanjung Huma and MV Tanjung Manis.

TKS will also venture into non-offshore marine vessel sectors, as and when the opportunity arises.
